Global Sector Indices

We have created a series of indices which group companies according to their underlying assets, e.g. Paris offices, UK industrial, Australian retail.

The purpose of this is threefold:

  • To compare asset sub-sectors with the general property equity index
  • To compare asset sub-sectors across countries
  • To analyse and track the correlation between the direct and indirect markets on a sector basis
We believe these indices have specific applications in both the emerging direct property derivatives market, and also for equity trading strategies.
