The Global Real Estate Equity Analysis System is a proprietary analytical database tool developed by AME Capital, and covers over 2000 listed property companies in over 60 countries. The system is used to produce the AME Capital research products and for consultancy work.
The system can be searched by both:
a) Financial criteria (market capitalisation, liquidity, yield, returns,
etc) and
b) Property criteria (asset type, regional, country and city exposure
etc).
After initial filtering all outputs can then be exported to Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and updated with Bloomberg Excel.
